How do I use ACCPanswers?
ACCP Answers is simple to use, but may require a few computer components be installed or upgraded, like JAVA and Adobe Acrobat. ACCP answers ONLY uses legitimate software with outstanding reputations. This free software is often found on tens of thousands of other reputable sites on the internet. In many cases, if this software is not already installed on your computer it will
prevent you from performing many essential tasks and is considered a recommended install.
How do I get my course added to your site?
Many users have difficulties sharing files, or uploading files to websites, so ACCP answers has added a super easy drag & drop feature. Just drag the file you want to share over the box on any course page that says "Drag and Drop your files here.", Enter the Course information in the Comments fields and select "upload". All courses will be reviewed, virus inspected, and posted to the site within a few days. This delay is for the safety of all members. ACCPanswers doesn't want to put viruses on your computers, just as much as you don't want to receive them.
I uploaded a course, but don't see it. Why?
Please ensure you upload each course under it's own course ID. ACCP Answers reviews all courses submitted. This ensures courses are inspected for viruses and SPAM and are uploaded into the correct areas of our website. We do not want you getting your computer infected with a virus, as I am sure you don't either. This process may take a few days until we automate it, but the courses will be added if no issues are found.
I found a course that failed! What do I do?
ACCP Answers will always attempt to remove failing courses. Be sure the course and edition are the same as the course you are taking on line. If you encounter a failing course, you may seleect the "Report Bad File" link next to the course you viewed or downloaded. Again, be sure the course and edition are correct before marking it as bad. We will remove courses when a few individuals have marked them as bad. You may also Contact Us to let us know.
