ACCPanswers™ may modify the terms of this membership without notice to you. ACCPanswers™ may terminate this membership at any
time without notice to you. ACCPanswers™ may provide notice by email or by publishing the changes on its Web site. No notice shall be required from
ACCPanswers™ to effect such termination.

3. Confidentiality

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account and you agree to notify ACCPanswers™ immediately of any unauthorized account use. Information provided by ACCPanswers is not authorized to be transmitted through any method other than ACCPanswers.com. Any person(s) found violating this policy will be subject to, including but not limited to, immediate account termination, legal fees, court fees, court fines, and any other fees/judgements imposed by the court(s).

4. Email Notification

To let you know what new products are available from time to time, ACCPanswers™ will send you email correspondence. You agree that as a subscriber, ACCPanswers™ may send you such email to the address you provide. You will receive this email even if you have opted out of receiving other emails from ACCPanswers™. All of your account information is kept secure via encrypted backup systems - accessible only by authorized personnel of ACCPanswers™. ACCPanswers will never request your password under any circumstances. Do not giveout your password online, do not email your password or send it postal mail.

6. Account Use Policy and Suspensions

ACCPanswers™ memberships are for personal use only. Username and Passwords shall not be given out to other persons. ACCPanswers™ may, at its own discretion, modify passwords and/or suspend any accounts if user activity is deemed by ACCPanswers™ to be exessive.

2) The ACCPanswers material provided is not provided as a replacement to required studying.
